Our ideal candidate will have:

• 5-10 years’ experience working as a collision repair technician in a reputable shop
• Necessary skills and commitment to perform excellent, high-quality repairs with strict adherence to vehicle manufacturer standards and repair instructions
• Experience with Car-O-Liner BenchRack 5500, Car-O-Tronic measuring system, and EVO 3 jig system
• I-CAR platinum certification
• ASE Collision Master Tech certification
• An excellent work ethic and team player attitude
• Excellent references
• A valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
• A solution-oriented personality

• Flat rate pay plan with a sliding scale rate that increases based on productivity and higher rates for structural/frame, aluminum, and mechanical work

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80K+
