Two ways to start, and they are good for different things.

Send photos

Our virtual consultation tool takes pictures from your phone and gets you a preliminary range without leaving the house. It is genuinely useful for deciding whether damage is worth claiming, whether it is worth the deductible, or whether to bother taking an afternoon off. It is not a final number, and any auto body shop telling you a photo estimate is final is not being straight with you.

Photograph in daylight, not a dark garage. Take a wide shot showing the whole side of the car for context, then close-ups. Include an angled shot along the panel, because that is what reveals a dent's actual shape. If a light, sensor, or camera is involved, photograph it directly.

Come in

An in-person assessment is where we get real. We can see panel gaps, check what is behind a fascia, look for evidence the impact travelled further than it appears, and identify which calibrations your specific vehicle will require. On a modern car that last item alone often changes the number substantially.

Book a time and we will walk the vehicle with you rather than taking your keys and disappearing.

Free, and no obligation. Nobody here works on commission and nobody will call you three times afterward. Plenty of people come in, learn what they are dealing with, and decide to live with it, which is a legitimate answer.
